Shanty Creek Snow Report – 02/04

Thursday, February 4

Join us on the slopes of Schuss Mountain today and cheer on the participants of the Special Olympics Michigan!

Schuss will have five lifts (yellow, pink, red, purple and the magic carpet) and 41 slopes available today. Please note, there will be some lane closures during the day the Special Olympics races. Schuss Mountain will be open from 9a-9p.

Today’s weather forecast calls for light snow in the morning, transitioning to cloudy skies in the afternoon. Highs will be around 24 degrees.

The White Pine Stampede trails were rolled Monday along with the Winterbrook and Pinecone trails. We will re-groom the trails again once conditions will allow the tracks to set up.

Have you heard? This season we want folks who ski or ride elsewhere to take a Test Ride of Schuss Mountain. We’ve made Big Changes and improvements. It’s time to prove that our terrain, snow conditions, park scene, on-hill dining options, and overall guest service combine into one incredible experience and value.
