Boyne Highlands Snow Report – 01/29

Homecoming Weekend is here! We are excited to spend the next few days enjoying the slopes while celebrating all the reasons why Boyne Highlands Resort is so special to us. We begin the weekend with 54 open runs across our 432 acres of skiable terrain. Spend the day making turns by grabbing the first chair at 9am or stay up with the night owls to ride under the lights until 9pm. When you want a different way to adventure down the slopes, go for a ride at the Tubing Park open 4-8pm.

Today’s temperatures are going to reach a high of 20 with calm winds coming out of the North. Snow will move in tonight with the possibility to receive a few inches of accumulation. Overall, the conditions are excellent for our fun-filled weekend!

The Homecoming festivities get underway in the Main Lodge lobby starting at 5:30pm with cookie decorating and a hot chocolate bar. After mingling in the lobby make your way to the Camelot Room to start building your Cardboard Classic sled with supplies of cardboard, tape and glue provided. Saturday at 3pm, the race is on to see whose sled can make it down the hill the fastest.

Adding to the fun is the USASA Revolution Tour Qualifier, athletes take on the halfpipe Saturday at 10:15am to show off their tricks and will be back again on Sunday to show their moves during the slopestyle competition.
