Time to go skiing!

During the day yesterday we received 3 inches of dense heavy snow, which was exactly what Ginzu Dana used to set new tracks and snow comb all 8 trails last night after the temperature dropped.

While we were all sleeping and dreaming of perfect ski conditions, Dana’s good work had time to set and freeze, giving us firm tracks and wide corduroy skate lanes – with just a light dusting of new snow on top. We now have a 9 to 11 inch base and there is 15 to 18 inches of snow in the woods.

Forecast:

Today: Cloudy with snow showers mainly during the morning. High 27F. Winds SW at 10 to 15 mph. Chance of snow 40%.

Tonight: Variable clouds with snow showers. Low 23F. Winds SSW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 50%. Snow accumulations less than one inch.

Thursday: Variable clouds with snow showers. High 32F. Winds WNW at 10 to 20 mph. Chance of snow 60%. Snowfall around one inch.
