Boyne Mountain Snow Report – 01/21
Mother Nature continues to give us the good stuff! The snow started falling Sunday morning and continued heavily through Monday evening! Scattered flurries continued to blanket us in fresh snow over the next couple of days and we have received over 7″ of new snow over the past 72 hours with another 2.5″ forecast for the next 30 hours!
After being covered by over 40″ of snow since the new year, we’ve been able to rapidly expand our available terrain! Grab the gear, get out and explore 400 acres spanning across 52 trails, accessible via 9 open lifts. Can’t make it during the day? No problem – we’ll leave the lights on for you tonight until 9pm. We will even send the groomers out to resurface some of the trails for you!
Park riders: The Ramshead Terrain Park is now open! We are offering 12 features including some unique rails, boxes, pipe jibs, and a kicker! We also have had plenty of fresh snow to fill in the Transfer Station park – get creative and pick your line through our natural features. In addition, the Burton Riglet Park is also now open and it is perfect for the aspiring young rider!
Off the slopes: Don’t forget about Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark! With 88,000 square feet of wet and wild fun for all ages, the park stays at a toasty 84 degrees year-round! Schedule a Zipline Adventure Tour to see the resort from a whole different angle! We have tons of great ways to have fun here at Boyne Mountain Resort.
