Boyne Highlands Snow Report – 01/12

Snow, snow, and more snow! The slopes are blanketed in powder, just waiting for you to come and play. Join us today, as we ski and ride across 33 runs and over 300 skiable acres, along with two terrain parks and seven lifts open and running from 9am-4:30pm. In the past 48 hours alone, over 14″ of new snow has fallen and more is expected throughout the week!

Our crews are loving the natural snowfall as they continue to build on it with snowmaking and focus on North Peak, and in the terrain parks and tubing park areas.  We’ll keep operating the Boyne Low-E fan guns every chance we get, and we’re expecting 5-8″ of snow over the next 24 hours to go along with our snowmaking efforts!

Looking to master your turns? Checkout the Your Turn Women’s Ski Clinic with Lisa Densmore, renowned coach and former U.S. Ski Team member, January 29-31. This clinic is for skiers who are comfortable riding blue and some black diamond runs. Take part in this awesome opportunity by registering today, space is limited.

There is more to Boyne Highlands Resort than just the slopes. Fly through the air on a Twin Zip Ride from the Adventure Center, take out pair of cross country skies from the Cross Country Center or even a fat tire bike. Find what you are looking for right here.
