Boyne Highlands Snow Report – 01/05
We’re really liking what 2016 is bringing us so far! We’ve received an abundance of new snow within the last week. And with the optimal snowmaking temperatures provided by Mother Nature, along with the hard work our team continues to put in, we’ve been able to lay down a ton of new snow from the Boyne Low-E fan guns. That’s what we call teamwork! Hit the slopes today and make your turns across 20 trails spanning 120 skiable acres, serviced by five lifts.
After a beautiful day on the slopes yesterday, we’re expecting more sunshine and blue skies for today, with a high in the low 30’s.
With the great snowmaking temperatures we’ve received, we’ve been able to expand our snowmaking efforts to include the North Face and Tournament areas, along with continuing to add base to our already open terrain. Snowmaking has also begun in our tubing park. Check back often as we continue to add additional terrain as soon as possible.
Don’t forget, Frequent Skier / Rider card holders ski and ride free this week through January 8! You’ll also save up to $25 on every lift ticket purchase you make throughout the season. Don’t have yours yet? No problem – pick yours up at any Boyne Country Sports location, at the Boyne Highlands lift ticket window or online.
Check out what else Boyne Highlands Resort has to offer by stopping by the Adventure Center. Sign up for a Zipline Adventure Tour or rent a Fat Tire Bike to hit the trails! Looking to slow down the pace? Slip into serenity at The Spa at Boyne Highlands.
