We’re experiencing some great snowmaking weather as we begin the week at Shanty Creek Resorts! We will continue to make snow as weather cooperates and will focus our efforts on opening the pink chair for next weekend.

Schuss Mountain has 13 runs open today, serviced by three lifts – yellow, purple and the Magic Carpet.

Today’s weather forecast calls for cloudy skies with highs around 13 degrees.

Please be aware snow conditions may be thin near the edges of the trails. Please ski and ride with care.

All 30k of our Nordic trails have been rolled.
