The snow we received Monday night was about as perfect as we could hope for. We were able to completely groom all the trails to very high standards because of the nature of the dense snow. All trails by 1 PM had beautiful molded tracks set and by 4 PM all the skating lanes were snowcombed and being skated on.

Thanks to the efforts of the trail maintenance crew Kevin, Dana, Matt and Kerrigan by the time the snow fell the trails had been cleared of the many fallen trees and debris from the storm last week.

Groomer Henry will start resurfacing the skating lanes early this morning. All eight trails have molded tracks set and Ginzu groomed skating lanes and are in excellent condition.

Saturday: Cloudy skies early, then partly cloudy in the afternoon. High 28F. Winds W at 10 to 15 mph.
Todays lunch special is the Pesto Perfection! Choose turkey or hummus and double cheese; then add layers of basil pesto, red onion, spinach, tomato, bell peppers and provolone. Have it grilled to perfection on Stone House 9 grain bread and you’ll have plenty of fuel for heading back out on the trails! We will also be serving Famous Classic Chili and Famous Veggie Chili along with other delicious paninis and treats.
