XC Ski Headquarters Cross Country Ski Report – 03/07
The trails are holding up really well, and aside from the oak leaves blown down from the wind, the snow on the trails is excellent. The skate lanes are firm and wide, and the classic tracks are fast but not icy. Groomer Henry will start grooming all the trails early this morning. Conditions for Classic and Skate skiing are great. We have 10 to 18 inches of snow in the woods and 6 to 10 inches packed on the trails.
