3/26 about one inch of new snow on yesterday’s groom. It’s a Blue Bird day. The ski is blue and we have sunshine. Warming up fast today get out early to enjoy the best glide.

FROM Friends of Valley Spur >> 3/31 John is out grooming in over a foot of new snow. John plans on grooming YVXWB and Heart Attack G Return. Very slow going grooming. John may have this done by noon. That was one hell of a storm. That's Spring in Upper Michigan. #valleyspur #SkiMichigan

FROM Friends of Valley Spur >> 3/25 John just started grooming at around 10:30 am. Denise and I got there at 9 am and got on our wider skis so we could ski the 4 to 6 inches of new snow on B trail. Got back and put on our skinny skis so we could enjoy John's groom. Get out there before the warm up. Weekend is calling for ice and rain. The new snow and warm temps we have been getting has changed our base from solid ice to soft snow. Oh the joy of Spring Skiing and Grooming. Temps are staying below freezing today. Get out and enjoy.
