Shanty Creek Snow Report – 02/14

Love is in the air! Happy Valentine’s Day from Shanty Creek! Schuss Mountain is open from 9am-9pm today with 5 lifts spinning, with the red chair closing at 4:15pm.
After 10” of new snow this week, base depth is currently 50”, with packed powder conditions throughout the hill.
Please note, we will be observing extended hours during this President’s Holiday weekend. Hours of Operation are as follows:
Fri- Sun | 9am-9pm
The red lift will be open until 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. The blue lift will be open until 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. Our mountain operations team will also be performing midday grooms at 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Our Alpine Tubing Park will also be observing extended hours, which are as follows:
Fri 4pm-10pm | Sat-Sun 10am-10pm | Mon 10am-4pm
Please note, we are anticipating heavy traffic on the slopes this weekend. Please plan on picking up your rentals early in your visit to ensure you are able to get the equipment you need.
