Boyne Mountain Snow Report – 02/11
Last updated: Monday 09:35 AM
Superbowl, Mountain-style
We are stoked to welcome high school racers to Superbowl today for the MHSAA Regionals. The slopes are race ready in hopes many land a PR with fast turns and stealthy feet. The Superbowl lift is closed to public for the race. Cowbells are welcome and encouraged.
The groomers have been hard at work laying down perfect corduroy, while those freshies add an extra layer of fun to every run. Mother Nature has been handing out plenty of free refills all weekend and today is more of the same. Everyone is sure to feel like a hero on the slopes today…never miss a Monday!
Glacier Grow Report
After pushing out this week’s snowmaking, Victor’s base is measuring in at an impressive 207 inches! Our snowmaking team has been taking full advantage of these arctic temps, blasting the guns 24/7 to build up that winter wonderland. (Fun fact: the Victor Glacier is visible from space… okay, maybe not, but we’re getting there!)
CALLING ALL LOCALS!
We’re showing major love to our hometown crews this winter. Every Thursday from now through March 13, residents from Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet, and Otsego counties can score sweet discounts on mountain fun. Local Love Nights are our way of saying thanks for keeping the stoke high all season long.
Hours
Lift Hours: 9am-4:30pm
Night Skiing Hours: Wednesday-Saturday: 5-9pm
First Tracks
On weekends and holidays, the Mountain Express chairlift opens at 8:30am for all qualifying passholders – Gold, Silver, Bronze, and NoMi Boyne Michigan Passes.
Off the Slopes
You know we’ve got your aprés game covered! Warm your mitts by The Back Forty bonfire, reserve an igloo for dinner, and walk across the longest timber-towered suspension bridge for dessert. SkyBridge Michigan is illuminated with over 200,000 twinkling lights, turning the bridge into a magical winter masterpiece. Between our heated outdoor pools, huge indoor waterpark, and relaxing treatments at The Spa, we’re pretty certain the only thing you’ll need is MORE time to do it all!
