Boyne Mountain Snow Report – 01/17

Ready to Ride

The mountain is firing on all cylinders with 100% of our 415 acres ready to rip. Superbowl is spinning and serving up fresh corduroy for your carving pleasure. From threading the needle through our gladed runs to hot laps on Hemlock, every trail is primed for action. For those seeking an extra rush, the new Red Bull feature at Ramshead is calling your name.

Tonight’s Special: Mountain til Midnight

The stoke level hits maximum as we keep the lifts turning until midnight. Catch the Red Bull DJ truck dropping beats at the base area while you fuel up with complimentary Red Bull available across the resort. This is the winter night riding experience you’ve been dreaming of.

Weekend Weather Watch

We’re looking at a brief warm spell for the holiday weekend before Jack Frost makes his comeback on Sunday. Keep your eyes peeled for potential lake effect action early next week as those Great Lakes waters mix with the incoming cold front.

SkyBridge Michigan Schedule Update
Due to the incoming cold temperatures, SkyBridge Michigan will operate limited hours on Sunday (3-6pm) and will be closed Monday, January 20 – Tuesday, January 21.

CALLING ALL LOCALS!

We’re showing major love to our hometown crews this winter. Every Thursday from January 9 through March 13, residents from Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Emmet, and Otsego counties can score sweet discounts on mountain fun. Local Love Nights are our way of saying thanks for keeping the stoke high all season long.

New to Snow? Let’s go!

January is your month to shine. Through the Discover Michigan Skiing partnership with Michigan McDonald’s Restaurants, first-timers 7 and older can score an unbeatable deal: just $60 gets you rental gear, a beginner lesson, and Boyneland beginner area lift ticket. Off the Slopes

You know we’ve got your aprés game covered! Warm your mitts by The Back Forty bonfire, reserve an igloo for dinner, and walk across the longest timber-towered suspension bridge for dessert. SkyBridge Michigan is illuminated with over 200,000 twinkling lights, turning the bridge into a magical winter masterpiece.
