The Highlands Snow Report – 12/22

ALL LIFTS ARE OPEN!
Night skiing kicks off tonight and continues through the next three nights!

Northern Michigan is a true winter wonderland right now. Thanks to the work of our snowmaking team, we are expanding the terrain again today, adding Rob Roy, Sendelhofer Legacy, Funcross Park, and South Camelot.

Plus, the brand-new Interconnect lift is officially open, making your ride to North Peak quicker and smoother!

Thanks to Mother Nature – Our Nordic Center is also open with cross country, fat tire biking, and snowshoeing.

Here is what you can expect today:

Lift Hours: 9 AM – 9:00 PM

Lifts: ALL lifts are open! This includes Camelot 6 (the fastest lift in Michigan & it is heated!), Heather Express, Challenger, Interconnect, Amy’s, North Face, Renate’s Express, Magic Carpet

Trails: 28 trails are open. Take a look at the trail status below for the full line-up. A small terrain park on Heather will also be open.

Night Skiing: For those guests looking to ski under the bright slope lights, join us on the following nights: December 21-23, 26-31.

Fa la la la la – The Holidays at The Highlands are just getting started, and the conditions are holly jolly! Check our full event schedule for everything going on over the next few weeks. It is MERRY and BRIGHT!

A little extra bonus – all season passholders and Ikon receive up to 20% off lodging at the resort. If you are not a season passholder and lodge at our resort, you receive up to 20% off lift tickets.

Keep an eye on our Mountain Report and social media for updates, or sign-up for our email newsletter. We will see you out on the slopes soon!
