We’re opening up a whole new world of winter madness with fresh glades, Disciples 8, and 300 acres of pure snow-powered freedom giving us the most open terrain in lower Michigan! Thank you Ma Nature for providing almost two feet of fresh this week while our Boyne Low-E fan guns were firing. Lifts are spinning from Alpine to Meadows, unleashing brand new glades on Disciples Ridge that will make your skis dance. Slopes are open from 9am-4:30pm, calling all snow enthusiasts to carve their mark.
But wait, there’s more. Ropes also drop on the Alpine lift and terrain at 10:30am today. As if this weekend couldn’t get any better.
Ho, Ho, Holiday Open House Happenings
Today, the mountain magic continues in the village with our Holiday Open House. Dining and retail specials sparkle almost as bright as the snow, while the Grinch and Buddy the Elf make a mischievous appearance from 5-7pm on SkyBridge Michigan – photo opportunities are not just recommended, they’re basically mandatory! Santa himself is holding court from 3-5pm in the Mountain Grand Lodge lobby, ready to hear wish lists and snap that all-important holiday memory. Kids can get crafty in the lobby and families are invited to gather by the bonfires to roast s’mores.
Line out your Santa suits and Grinch gear for Santa Sunday and hit the slopes for only $25. All proceeds benefit Brother Dans Food Pantry and each participant receives a second lift ticket to use any day before December 26. Tickets available online or at the window.
