Forbush Corner Cross Country Ski Report – 02/14

Reminder that we will be grooming this morning, but the shop is closed until Thursday. Please sign in before skiing and leave a trail fee in the money slot if you are not a season pass holder.
Race information for this weekend:

At this time both races will be lap races. The skate race will be a mass start with self seeding and will start southeast down Linda’s link and then turn right onto the loop in a clockwise direction. The senior race will be 7 laps and the junior race will be 3 laps. The skate race will be around 11 km and the junior race will be around 5 km. The classic race will be counterclockwise on the loop. The seniors will do 6 laps and juniors will do 3 laps, senior race will be 9 km and juniors 4.5 km. The classic may be an interval start wit self seeding or a mass start.

The trails will be closed to the public until 10:30 both Saturday and Sunday.

We do have snow in the forecast on Thursday. If we get enough snow it may be possible to open up some of our other trails! Fingers crossed.
