Michigan Ski Blog – Snow Reports

Swedetown Trails

Swedetown has 35K of groomed ski trails. Trails are groomed daily for skating with set tracks for classic skiing. There are 5K of lighted trails for evening skiing. There are also back country loops – stride through the woods making your own tracks. Multi-use trails starting at the Woodland Road trailhead allow you to ski or snowshoe with your dog buddies.

New for this year – 10K of groomed snow bike trails starting at the Chalet. Also enjoy the return of Excellent Adventure, which has been added back into Ed’s Loop.

Lower Chalet is open 7 days a week. The upper level lounge has a sales counter selling daily and season memberships. Michigan Tech Ticket Office in Houghton and Cross Country Sports in Calumet also sell memberships.
